"This hotel is close to a major shopping mall and the Hakata JR Station (also a stop for the Shinkansen as well). The staff were very friendly and also very accommodating. The rooms were of decent size for Japanese standards. The room looked a little dated, but at least it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we shipped our luggage to the next hotel, the hotel staff were able to tell us the price, filled out the paperwork for us and let us know when to expect it. They...

"This hotel is super good! Bathroom (a big bathtub) and toilet are separated. This is unusual compared to other same class hotels. Nice interior. Breakfast is fabulous! Full of varieties! I have nothing to complain."

"This was the second I have stayed at a Nest hotel (the previous one was in Okinawa) and this one in Hakata didn't disappoint. The staff were very helpful with luggage storage and also with directions and advice. The apartment was modern and very clean. We didn't get to try the breakfast so can't report on that. It's in a fairly built-up area but Hakata station is a stone's throw away and can be reached quickly on foot. A recommended place to stay if you are Fukuoka. "
