Wonderful hotel!

We had a wonderful stay and loved our room window overlooking the town. Close to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Everything is walkable. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town.

Everything was perfect except the size of the room. Two people can not do somethings at the same time in the room because of its narrowness. Nonetheless it was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

We arranged a luggage forwarding service with the front desk to our next hotel. We told them specifically it needed to arrive on 10/29 as we were leaving the next property early on 10/30. The luggage isn’t coming until 10/30 now because no date was specified on our paperwork by the front desk. There is no way for us to re deliver. We now have to wait at the hotel until our luggage arrives missing our scheduled bus and getting to our next destination late which in turn as cost us more and missing out on important time we have left on our vacation. Not happy.

Das Hotel liegt in Tenjin - Super zum shoppen. Leider kein regelmäßiger Zimmerservice - das ist bei den kleinen Zimmern mit langen Haaren nicht so klasse. Ansonsten ist das Hotel schick und natürlich. Die Zimmer eben Tetris mit Koffer. Dusche mit Vorhang statt Glas das mögen wir nicht so gern. Sauber war das Zimmer bei Ankunft
