Great location. Loved the club and late night scene in the area, with tons of ramen and yakitori places nearby. Great views from thr room and the lobby. Small rooms but that's Japan for you, and the room itself is comfy and clean with all the amenities you need. We stayed three nights and loved the adventurous vibe of the neighborhood.

Love the location, amenities, and service! It’s located at a very convenient section with a subway station 3 mins away, and a walkable distance to Tenjin business circle. The subway nearby also takes you right to the Fukuoka Airport with no need to transfer. The hotel itself is relatively new, the room was spaceful enough to organize the luggages. Water condition was good, and cleaning service is require with stays of 4 nights and more. You always get new towels and water bottles everyday. Staff at the main counter, on the floor and in the restaurant were all friendly and professional. Will definitely book Resol Trinity again if coming to Fukuoka!

I love the hotel very big rooms compare to Japan standards, it is far from the city and all the main districts, but the train its a few minutes, and takes you everywhere, love all the free amenities and the Onsen. If I come back to Japan, this will be my hotel to come

Located in very convenient place. Subway station, convenience stores etc. everything is close to the hotel. Guests can use big nice hotel spa. The breakfast was amazing. There are many kinds of food and the restaurant even offered morning wine ^^. I would come back to this hotel when I stay in Hakata for sure!

This hotel is a gem, centrally located, clean, and well-managed. Little details have been thought through to make the living experience wonderful. Along with the room, the common areas like the reception/ lobby, and the onsen are well laid out. The staff is friendly and always there to assist with a smile. The area around the hotel is vibrant with plenty of good eating out options.

Enjoyed a great stay at this hotel, comfy beds and linens, clean spaces. Provided pajamas and slippers for the on-site onsen which we used each night! It was busy at times but most people were quick in and out of onsen. Central location, although in the heart of the red light district, still felt safe and very easily walkable to all surrounding areas for food, shopping, and sight seeing. The check in and out process was easy and the skin care set was a lovely touch! Thank you, we would stay here again.

A most enjoyable stay comfortable room and beds. A few issues with air-conditioning but overall good. Room cleaning 4th daily with replacement towels etc placed outside the door which is easy. Novel having reception on the 13th floor with fabulous views.

The property charges you if you have a car. I think it's very lazy and a cheap way to get more money from patrons. I wouldn't mind it if the hotel was a "true 5 star" hotel. But as a 3 1/2 star (at best) hotel it's just tackless. The staff was nice however and the location was pretty good with tons of food and bars and restaurants near the hotel.

When we got to our room, it was super hot, and even we lowered the A/C’s temperature setting, it didn’t do anything and I thought it wad broken. It turned out that the main power had been turned off. It was resolved when I called the front desk, so I’d say to make sure you ask the front desk to check the power when you check in! The room was very clean and quiet, although it felt a little tight. So as the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but not the pillows. Staff was cheerful and polite.
