「Great value for money so I didn’t have high expectations. Our room was a decent size family room on the second floor, nice and clean. I would say the only real problem was the pillows. They were very flat and lumpy. Obviously been through the wash 100 times. Also the shower head wouldn’t stay in place but it was nice and hot They don’t have a kettle But it was very good value Staff were very helpful. Good location 」

「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」
