"To start I visited in the off season so this review shouldn't fully reflect the stay. The hotelier family are lovely and welcoming and extremely helpful, I was a solo guest and they connected me with lots to do and assistance doing it. The location of the hotel is perfect to get around the town and all the beaches are near by. I stayed in two rooms the first had a sea view (beautiful) and the second was connected to another room (not so nice as bathroom connection could hear everything). The...

"It’s quiet and well maintained. However breakfast offer can be improved "

"The hotel room was not clean. The bedsheets and the quilt was not cleaned properly and had bad smell. We have used our own blsnkets and betsheets to have better sleep. ( we went prepared based on previous experience). The bathroom was not having proper ventilation. "

"The location of the property is great as its situated on a very beautiful beach called Middle Beach. The property is neatly maintained and has a nice dining area."

"First of all, the Rooms, bathrooms are not clean. Rooms need to be refurbished. Definitely not worth the Rs 6000/ that was charged. In fact walk in customers were offered similar room at half the price. "

"Disappointing property. Location next to sewage drain makes it smelly. On main main road makes it noisy. Dogs barking at night. Very basic facilities. The only positive was that our room was changed on request to a less noisy one on first floor, from the ground floor. Recommend staying near Kudle beach area rather than main beach at Gokarna. "
