「Well the part about the breakfast i did not care for was that the free breakfast is optional depend on how much money you spent on your room . Just didn't feel right to me .」

「Second day saw bedbug and killed it. Reported to front desk. No return call from manager, Yaw, at all. Spent money on laundry and will need to throw away all our luggage. Very disappointed and disgusting」

「Casino is fabulous!」

「This trip wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Lynn the General Manager of Hyatt Place Bloomington Normal. I reached out because I was younger than the required check in age and was having problems with my trip. Lynn quickly solved my issues and got back to me making sure I got a room and I had an incredible stay thereafter. Thanks again to the Hyatt Place Bloomington Normal, Lynn, and the whole team.」

「Nice location close to everything, easy check in and out , good customer service, clean room with all you need.」

「nothing in particular.」

「Everything was good, but had hoped for a slightly better included breakfast as far as protein selection.」

「I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The property is maintained well.」

「Kind and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms and shared spaces.」

「The room was really nice and clean. Bed was a little firm for our liking, but was sufficient for our 1 night stay. The front desk was nice and friendly. We did eat the breakfast buffet and it was all really good. Love the "beans to coffee" machine. The location was nice with alot of stores and restaurants close by as well. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.」
