「The host was nice and the view of Kazbek Mountain and Gergeti Trinity Church was great. Sleeping in the upper floor climbing up the ladder was inconvenient. 」

「Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. Staff was friendly dinner with a view was good. Great view from the room and good water pressure. Clean water to drink right out of the tap.」

「We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

「Staff were extremely helpful. I arrived late and my room had not been made up. They upgraded me to a lovely room with a view instead. View was breathtaking and hotel was well designed and great restaurant and bar」
