"The rooms with double beds were very limited. We as a family had to adjust in twin beds. The tiled floor had cracks. The area next to the room was not very clean. I think it belonged to house keeping department. Worst of all, there was a lizard in the bathroom! We had also checked a suite, that too had a lizard."

"1. I had the booking for 3 days. I was told at the checkin that 3rd day was overbooked and they will be moving us to hotel shelter which is of similar standard. So i agreed to that. On the third day morning they offered me hotel Mayur which is a right out substandard hotel. I looked it up and found out the fare was not matching or even in the same range. I denied to leave my room to which the manager started to say that they do not get the booking notification when its made through hotel.com....

"The place was creepy. Internet was very very poor and that is putting it mildly - had to go downstairs to get a new code a few times per day. Breakfast was good and the restaurant had good food."

"I booked it online and paid for superior room, however to our surprise we were given a very small, clumsy room with foul smell. Lizards and cockroaches were wandering in room and AC was not working. After complain at reception he showed us 7-8 rooms, all were of the same condition. some how we chose one room as it was 12 mid night and we had no option as we paid in advance online. Then it took 1.5 hr to get the water bottles for drinking water. our 7 years son slept thirsty. House keeping...

"Everything from customer service to the management is pathetic, infact i would rate Expedia and the hotel staff as not at all cooperative and no one bothered to listen to my concern. i would never recommend anyone to book via expedia.....useless company to deal with"
