"We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. Hotel provided excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner, free welcome drink. The hot bath was wonderful with views of the river and forest. The room was beautifully decorated. We will definitely want to come back again next year!"

"素晴らしい宿でした。建物は趣があり、清潔でアメニティも充実しています。夜は暖炉の炎に癒されながらバーでマスターこだわりのカクテルをいただきました。散歩道も山の小径でも歩きやすく整っており気持ちよく散歩ができます。静かで落ち着いた空間に癒されとても満足度の高い宿泊でした。"

"Awesome onsen facility and hotel meals! "

"Im surprised VRBO allows this company on its site. 36 hours(ish) before check-in you'll be hit you with a overly-demanding check-in process and rule book that includes re-registering via a confusing app, uploading your photo, passport, credit card etc. Rules include separating and putting out all garbage, cleaning and putting away dishes etc. All automated—forget speaking with a human, Dont charge hotel prices if you dont provide hotel service."

"部屋は悪くない、必要条件は揃っている バフェスタイルの食事は少し残念かな (一品くらいはちゃんと料理された地元の名産品が欲しい)"

"The staff was very kind and did everything they could to make sure that my stay was pleasant"

"Wish had a microwave! "

"Clean room, attentive staff. Complimentary breakfast was buffet style with Western and Japanese options."

"It’s good for staying a person."

"The staff was very helpful, I could leave my luggage at reception and they took it up to my room so it was ready for me when I checked in. There are four different baths public baths: main bath;outdoor bath, and two smaller ones which had different herbs in them. Breakfast was also very good. Location is convenient for the train station and the lake. Overall enjoyable stay."
