“We travel 5-6 times a year.. We were greeted by Nas, he provided the best check in experience I've had at any hotel. He was genuinely caring and kind, we were happy with the hotel within a minute of talking to him. He made sure we were taken care of and knew everything about the hotel. He asked what we were interested in and then drew a map showing the appetizers, drinks, hot cocoa, how to get to the spa from our room. “The Staybridge Suites in Couer D'Alene is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are large and very well maintained. We have stayed there four times in the last three years and it has been a great experience each time. Each time the staff has been very polite and helpful.
