「The staff were excellent. The room was clean. We had the mountain view and the view was gorgeous. They have a nice restaurant and an excellent complimentary breakfast. A problem we had was the room became cold in the evenings/nights. Because of the central HVAC, we could not set our thermostat to heat. The hotel property was clean, however the area around the property was not very clean. The hotel is very close to the Dalai Lama temple. Overall, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. 」

「Very clean and spacious rooms. There was a glitch during check-in. They could not find my booking in their system. I had confirmation from Expedia. They directly booked me and matched the price. Location just in front of railway station is convenient if you are not much bothered by train announcements at night.」

「The property was average, the room was a bit small. The surroundings were pretty good, that was the only plus point. We booked an additional room on the spot and they charged us more than the actual price which was wrong. 」
