I asked to change the room to behind the road passing but the manager said that a quiet room costs more. Did not sleep well for the 3 nights there. Hotel must invest in some type of sound proofing. “Thank you for your desk service! The student assistants were wonderful! The gentlemen who assisted with luggage were life svers! The restaurant; food, staff and quality/price was very enjoyable being steps away from the lobby. I wish had stayed longer, Thank you, Rollin”

“Overall the stay was great. My only two complaints about the location- VERY NOISY!! Not sure if this was a one time situation, when we stayed, but this time we were awoken by the loud sound of men, laughing, and speaking loudly, at about 4am in the morning…This went on for about 2 hours. Sounded like a party right outside the building, but very close to our room. Very disruptive, especially if you need rest for long trip next day. I hope this was a one-time thing- and we don’t experience that in……
