「Amazing experience. Beautiful hotel that is walkable to many touristy spots. Breakfast is to order and was good. The mattress was the only thing that was a little uncomfortable, but aside from that everything was perfect!!」

「This is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. The bed and pillows were high end and very nice. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in. While the hotel will do evwrything they can...

「Positive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.」

「The hotel is very poor. Cleanliness is bad - towels and bedding was marked, old and threadbare. There was no bin in the room, no wardrobe or hangers. The ‘kitchen’ area had a fridge but nothing else (no kettle, toaster, glassware, plates etc). There was no hot water for the entire stay (turn the hot tap and nothing comes out). Cold showers only.
