「It was a pity that at the description it said that it was possible to swim at the other place and there wasn't info about extra costs. But when I arrived there the hotel didn't pay for that or didn't make an effort to arrange a free swim. Although the info on Expedia was not right. That was a pity. And the toilet was not flushing and the shower water was coming out of the shower inside the room. The taxi driver they called to bring me to the airport was very late.」

「Title: Great location, but a terrible sleep and poor hygiene
To start with the positives, the location is very close to the main tourist attractions, and the room was relatively spacious.
However, our experience with the staff and the room assignment was disappointing from the beginning. When we checked in, the two female staff members at the front desk were unfriendly. 「Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, se devo trovare un appunto è sulla televisione che non si accendeva. Personale cortese e disponibile, ottimo il ristorante sotto all'hotel. Consiglio vivamente, è vicino a tutte le attrazioni importanti.」

「Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul.」

「Excellent management!
Staff was really helpful. Especially special thanks to Beethoven who was available every point of time when needed.
Breakfast was awesome and well served.
Location is best 5-10 mins walk from main Sultanahmet area.
