"the stay was comfortable and the hotel was located conveniently for a number of travel services such as laundry and convenient stores. a significant blemish was that their contracted bus company had one driver who was mean-spirited and exercised his 'control' over elderly customers. after my complaint and hotel verification by hotel videocamera recording, the hotel apologized profusely for what happened. hope they fix this issue, as the rest of their staff were very kind and pleasant."

"Great location that's a short walk to subway and buses. My room was very nice and clean. However, it's on the small size at 150 sq.ft. The area is very lively at night time with all the bars and restaurants, however, inside the hotel it was very quiet especially in my room. I was there for 4 nights and I never heard any noise while I was in my room. I would recommend this hotel."

"The location was excellent and the service areas very well decorated and laid out. Unfortunately, my room was a two bed room adapted from a double bed room, and so there was no accessible bedside lights to the bed or power outlet. This proved to be a considerable inconvenience."

"Good location - about 8 mins walk from the train station. It is a renovated hotel - the halls are outdated, but at least the room was nice (looks new) and clean. The rooms are on the smaller end."

"well, it is a good property walkable from metro station and bus station. Also, it is clean and easy to check-in. plenty of restaurants available near the hotel area. As compared to Hongkong standards it was really good room size and facility like tea-Coffie maker also refrigerator in room. Overall, at this price it was very good staying in this property and i will recement to stay. "

"Location was great. Public transportation was right at the hotel door. Front desk very nice and helpful. They let us do early check-in for free. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were very hard. No soft pillows. "
