「Great property, great location for privacy, good country ambience, well trained and attentive staff.
Location not ideal if you want to be on walking distance of Kitale downtown. Location is ideal for maximum quite and peaceful surroundings with good conference facilities.」

「This hotel was well presented, very safe, and the staff were friendly and professional. They were always willing to help - nothing was too much trouble.
I was given room on the sixth (top) floor with a balcony and views looking out over Mt Elgon. It was a stunning view, and the room was very clean and had good amenities. The daily room service was excellent.
I was very grateful and happy with my stay at Crane Suites in Kitale, and would go back again in a heart beat. 」
