“Had a great two night stay here - conveniently located to the south of town centre, but easy to find and ample parking. Room was really comfortable, and clean/modern bathroom. Could be a bit noisy in the corridor. Breakfast was a buffet, but offered a good range of hot items. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. I'd certainly stay here again.”

“First time in Castlebar and found this hotel to be a great location to stay in before my meeting next day. Whilst i arrived after 7pm and the restaurant kitchen closed at 7pm, I rang the reception and they offered me the choice to pre order a dinner - went for Roast Beef. On arrival check-in was very swift, my room was warm and comfortable and dinner when served was delicious. Quiet room with warm shower and great bed - so superb sleep enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious with nice choices on……

“We stayed for 8 days so a much longer stay than usual. The staff are lovely including Reception, housekeeping and breakfast room. We had a lovely room at the end of the corridor so we were rarely disturbed. Enjoyed the breakfast done to order. The car park can be tricky as there aren’t a long of spaces but the overflow suits us fine too. Environmentally, we bring our own toiletries so do not use the complimentary packs apart from a bar of soap. Towels replaced daily so it would be good to……

“Comfortable”

“Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. We will definately return to stay at Cherry Tree Cottage, that is for sure! Derek Hanley, and family Dublin.”

“La dame est très gentille, elle donne tous les renseignements que nous lui demandons mais la note de 8/10 pour l’établissement ne correspond en rien à l’état des lieux. Deux chambres sont correctes si on ne regarde pas le ménage, la troisième chambre avec salle de bain, la robinetterie du lavabo ne fonctionne pas. La salle de bain principale, une odeur que même la fenêtre ouverte pendant 3 jours n’est pas partie, et les wc il fallait attendre au moins un quart d’heure entre chaque tirage de……
