「The hotel feels extremely dated, as if it has been stuck in 2006–2007. In this day and age, where even wireless charging is the norm, it is unbelievable and frustrating that there isn't even a power outlet next to the bed. The air conditioning in the room was not working, and everything in the room is worn out and very old. Basic complimentary amenities like toiletry or personal care kits are not provided at all. On top of that, it really wasn't that clean either—surfaces were quite dusty. The...

「Elevator was not working while we arrived wifi is ok but slow breakfast is just ok」

「Great attentiveness.」

「We love this place.」

The hotel has very good service but super bad facilities. Tiny room with very low ceiling, old furnitures, bagged shampoo and old tower on each bed, old toilet and bathroom. The hot water suddenly became cold sometimes in the shower. I don't know why...

「Clean room and friendly staff」

「They are not member of hotels.com - they don’t have a room it’s a scam , I paid and don’t get money back from hotels.com either」

「A beautiful property, well located, wonderful staff! Well stay there again!」

「I had a problem with the check-in, in the app there was a small text saying the openings hours, after a day of work coming at 6:30 and finding the local close was really disappointing. The rooms were really big, sadly the Key system is a little bit old and you need to be carrying 3 Keys everywhere」
