“This was by far one of the dirtiest and most unpleasant hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We booked it based on the 9.0 rating but shocked to see the poor hotel & room condition. We booked a room for 6 people but were given a room meant for 4. When we raised this with the owner, he suggested that two kids could simply sleep on the floor since they had no rollaway beds or even extra comforters available. “The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock). If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before). There is a new shopping centre (Mydin) nearby and there are other shops within……
