And the owner is resourceful and helpful. An associated taxi driver named Gustana is very good and reliable. He will help you find the bus from Haïti to Santo Domingo. “Gonaives does not have many options for tourists. However, this hotel was very clean and comfortable! The room was spotless and smelled clean, had a full bath, tv, and AC. The hotel had working wifi. The only issue with the hotel itself is that it is dated, but that's the case with many hotels and is nothing more than a visual criticism.
