“The front desk person was very helpful with getting the TV to work and bringing clean towels. The jetted tub was very relaxing. There were just a couple cosmetic things like fresh paint that could help the visual appearance in the room.”

“The location was very convenient and quick check in. Room was very nice, quiet, good breakfast, nice spa.”

“The hotel rooms are very old, There is a clear difference from the picture ！many corners of the rooms are dirty, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very poor! Very disappointed!”

“Not as nice as their other locations yet there doesn’t seem to be much of a price difference. Room seems to be a little rundown and outdated, a little musty. Had to switch rooms to the basement because the room was too noisey initially.”

“A Murphy bed? Are you kidding me? We drove 8 hours, paid how much, only to find out we had to pull down a Murphy bed with some CRAPPY memory foam mattress and make up the bed. And NO AC!!!! They lock the temperature at 70 and leave some note saying that if you tamper with it, there is some big fine. We are supposed to sleep in 70 degrees? But they even have a fan, obviously knowing it needs AC. No AC in Bend, Oregon. It was 88 degrees out. So then, a restaurant? Oh that would mean a half……

“Absolutely love everything about this property! Prime location and has so many cool restaurants and things to do!”

“Lovely upstairs apartment with good views. The area is very new so it hasn’t fully developed its own character, but there is a branch of Sparrow for coffee and treats as well as a cozy wine bar next door. It’s not cheap, but it’s a good location if you’re in town for business. ”
