“A terrible hotel, there was no hot water and no towel provided until I asked but they gave me a damp, dirty one. The staff didn't have my reservation at first so it took half an hour to pull up the booking and check in. Finally, they insisted that I pay for them to provide security stating that it is required for Chinese citizens even though I'm an American. I had to call the embassy who sent a car to help me flee the property in the early hours of the morning because the manager wouldn't……
