“Located on top of the Hoog Catharijne mall, which is right next to Utrecht Central station. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Hotel is surprisingly quite quiet given the population around the area.”

“I was running late for a meeting. So, I didn't check my hotel room for the moment I walked inside. The next morning, I found a big male underwear on the floor close to the window area. Since I was in hurry, I left it on the floor. When I came back to hotel in late night the 2nd night, I found the underwear still was there. I brought it down to reception. The manage apologised, and asked me whether I want to change room. It was late at night, I was too tired to do so. So, I declined her offer. I……

“Sadly the shower flooded the bathroom floor and the TV didn’t work at all; while the shower issue was fixed the TV still didn’t work 2 days after brining this to management attention. It’s a pity bc there’s plenty to like about this hotel. Maybe I was just unlucky; Perhaps the maintenance and management is poor. ”

“Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Zimmer verfügte angabegemäß auch über eine kleine Küchenzeile. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass auch Geschirrspültabs im Zimmer verfügbar waren, so dass wir auch das Geschirr unaufwendig für uns nutzen konnten. Die Zimmereinrichtung war modern und stilvoll. Der Online-Check-In funktionierte nicht aufgrund der noch zu entirchtenden City Tax. Das freundliche Personal hat uns daher umso mehr geholfen.”
