“Great location, nice rooms, and pool looked great. ”

“Breakfast is great. Staff was nice. The room was comfortable in the bed slept well. ”

“The property itself and the condo were nice! The bed was super uncomfortable and should have more than two pillows per person and the water filter needs changed in the refrigerator! Staff wasn’t accommodating. We got there early and asked to check in early we have an 8 month old and they said they let us know when it was ready via text and we received nothing.”

“Good location to Biltmore House. Clean, but poor lighting in room. Bedside lights almost useless for reading in bed. No staff at desk upon check-in, Four rooms were waiting to check in when desk clerk came back from "checking rooms for readiness". Seems like that could be done by someone else before 5:00pm. Same with check out - had to wait to desk staff. Breakfast was $17.00. I thought that was a little high.”
