“I arrived at 7 pm. The front desk was closed. I did not have an access code to the building or condo. I called the emergency number. No one knew anything about me. Vail resorts was eventually very helpful and managed to get me in. It took more than an hour. Apparently Hotels.com did not provide the property with my booking information. Very poor experience after laying all day. ”

“We had trouble checking in at first but the front desk went way beyond expectation in order to take care of us. The property was much closer to the lifts and village amenities than I expected. The room was spacious with great views and ample seating for an entire group. Free on site parking was great.”
