「The room is clean. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful. 」

「Not enough table inside the room, I have to place my bag on the floor, and use my laptop on the bed」

「Very convenient, staff are nice and helpful, the room is clean with enough space.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were very good (choice, portions, and taste). We found the options of rolls with drinks at breakfast a great cost effective option for those with smaller appetites and the kids. Plenty of parking. 「Breakfast with cooked food is rare in a budget hotel but 8:30am is a bit early. Staffs are nice. Other things are okay.」

「Nice place to attend sec conference」

「早餐無refill，早上九點多麵包已食完，由於無空調，要開窗睡覺，附近太多酒吧，比較嘈」

「This property is central to the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and it is excellent value for money. We are booked to go again in December.」

「clean room, walkable location.」

「This is a budget hotel room for my trip. Parking space is good enough, and the breakfast is delicious.」

「員工親切，樂意幫忙。」

「Hotel manger Monika is very helpful as I requested for twin bed but I found out that I did not mentioned on my booking. Rooms included free WiFi and location is good , just next to Charing Cross station and 15 mins walk to GLA central area.」
