"Very friendly staff and place is beautiful. It is close to various spots with beautiful nature. Cons: restaurant is overpriced, and be prepared to pay huge taxes on top of what you think you are going to pay. If you are Colombian and you book online, they will tell you that you need to pay a national tax. In my case, it was about 170 USD for a 4 day stay. If you have a foreign passport, male sure to bring it so you get exempt for paying this tax."

"The new owner is very friendly and ready to help in anything you need. The all place is vey clean. The room is spacious and very tastefully decorated (even if very minimalist). The only downside is the lacking of hot water. Very convenient located next to el Zaino entrance. Wifi connection is very Good"

"We had to cancel one night and they were supportive and reimbursed the money. The place is very nice and connected with nature. Only room for improvement I’m gonna mention is the restaurant service (mainly speed and menu) but given the location and that it’s was very busy with very little staff it’s understandable "
