「This hotel is right next to the Knoxville airport which allows someone to walk from baggage claim to the hotel in 5 minutes. The restaurant and staff at the hotel are wonderful. The problem is the the hotel is old and tired. In our room, we were unable to charge our phone, IPad, etc. Because the outlets available for this use didn't hold our cable plugs securely so the items didn't charge. It could be a great stopover but it needs major updating.」

「It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts….
Bar is great…and pool is ok.
I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee
3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times
No phone in rooms…have to go down.
Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm.
