“Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.”

“Nice place for families to stay. Roomy and a lot of sports to offer. The rooms are adequate.. basic but it’s nice to have a full kitchen and living space. Pretty clean overall. Lots of towels and supplies. The check in process was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it overall. ”

“Clean room, nice hotel, good breakfast, nice pool an hot tub. Very noisy guests, both nights we stayed there. We were charged more for the room then our booking through Expedia was. Don't trust Expedia no more, never know how much you will pay on your check out, I'm very disappointed 😞”

“Check in was very easy. Staff was kind, attentive, and offered great suggestions for meals if not taking advantage of the kitchen. Indoor water park was easy to access—no need to go outside—and the kids loved it. Indoor theme park was less enjoyable as it was geared for younger kids. Overall, we had a great time.”

“Rooms clean.bed was very comfortable. Staff as very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional.”

“Our particular room was close to the elevator which was convenient. The only downfall was that when we stayed there it was too cold for us to use the outdoor waterparks so we did have to walk quite a ways to get to the indoor parks. I highly recommend bringing a wagon or a stroller for this purpose. Out deluxe condo fit our family very well we had 4 children 11 and under and 3 adults”
