“In several encounters, the staff were proactive and ultra-helpful. Kassia even read my requirement for stair-free access and rebooked my room accordingly. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the second floor. The room was freshly renovated, with custom cabinetry and bathroom touches. The outlets above the hanging night stands were especially nice.
