“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“I booked this hotel expecting a great stay, but it was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. While the front desk staff was friendly, the room conditions were completely unacceptable.I was originally assigned to room 103. As soon as I brought my bags in, I noticed multiple dead adult and baby cockroaches on the floor.
