“Great Staff”

“Tub was clogged and backing up while showering. We let the receptionist know and even showed a Picture. We were told that all showers were like that. For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. We also noticed mostly all the staff were very mature people. We felt bad rushing or even complaining right to them. This place has potential, you just need the right management.”

“The room only had decaf coffee and nobody could seem to find any regular coffee. Feeding me decaf is a cruel thing. The staff were on this and were helpful other than not being able to find it. The pool was down and I didn’t know about this beforehand. The staff at the front desk did offer a solution to use the pool in the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same entity. The bathroom in the room with the king size bed sounded like a freight train, the walls were badly in need of……
