「The hotel was built around 1923, so the layout is from back in the day and pretty interesting. I got the Bluebonnet Room, which is just that - a single small room. No toilet or shower, which are down the hall a few steps. Maybe the suites have those, I'm not sure. The room did have a sink, but the hot water faucet was not working. 「This is a phenomenal cabin, it has everything a couple would need for a calm a quiet vacation. This place is about 15 miles from Fredericksburg, fantastic location, a gem for sure. Highly recommend!」

「Room was super nice and very clean. The decor was quite pleasing. The communication was perfect. We drove in late to the property and the ease of locating our cabin was perfect. After loving the cabin from the beginning the comfort and quietness only added to the experience. The morning brought chirping birds and a cool breeze on the above cabin deck, accessible by a nice little spiral staircase. Excellent place to enjoy a cup of coffee. 「Entire stay was 10/10. The property itself is stunning and location is fantastic. The attention to detail and rooms were gorgeous. The owners run the place and it was incredibly special to meet them and see how involved they are. Will definitely be back. 」
