「The second shift from guess services I believe it was Denese was awesome. Overall, a great experience and everyone in the family was happy. 」

「The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.」

「Overall, my stay was fine. The room and the hallways near the rooms are dingy, and there was trash in the hallway. Definitely in need of an upgrade. The dining area was bright and cheerful, although the tables were a bit crowded. I would stay again because of the good price I got, but there are definitely preferrable hotels in the Waltham area.」

「The mattress are way too soft that I can’t sleep on it…if is more firm would be a lot more better..also in the night my kid were sick and mess up the pillows..asked for replacement pillows but was told there are no more pillows…..hotel is in a great spot but facility are bad…」

Web said 2 king size beds, but it’s queen size. Very disappointed. The reception didn’t say any when I checked in, he didn’t tell me the parking cost, didn’t tell the breakfast, no any words. 」
