「No complaints about the accommodation, but assessing a so-called, and exorbitant, "property fee" for one night is outrageous. There was no explanation for what this covers. It amounts to a nuisance fee, and unless it is done away with, I won't be staying here again. 」

「Stayed in the one bedroom suite with family of 5, it was a perfect stay. Suite was beautifully decorated and bed was as comfortable as my bed at home. Kitchen had everything we needed for dinner in. Close to T and Fenway, area felt very safe and walkable with kids. Utilized parking out back which was convenient. Would definitely stay again when visiting Boston. 」

「Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. 」

「1. We arrived a little earlier, at 2 pm, as we drove 5 hours; as per Expedia, it showed me check-in at 3 pm, but Vrbo showed up at 4 pm. I asked Camar if I could grab lunch and check in early at 3 pm because that is what the trip itinerary showed me. He said no and that he was cleaning and to come at 4 pm. That’s understandable, but we had to roam for 2 hours in cold weather. The room was on the third floor; we found it a bit difficult walking up the stairs with all our bags and luggage...

「Communication with the host was wonderful and timely. Checking in and out was quite easy, which was nice because after driving for 10 hours you just want to get in and relax! The house was incredibly clean and spacious, more spacious than we needed really for three, which in itself is a luxury to find in the Boston area.
