"We arrived late in the night and the staff actually picked calls to give us directions and we find the person we had been talking to waiting for us at the entrance. The check-in was smooth. We had challenges with the water heaters on day one, however, when we reported to the staff, they rectified the issue. They have "Katogo" and "Chapati" as options for breakfast. If you are Ugandan you know what that means. The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfy. The gardens are beautiful, and GREEN!...

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, but grounds were dirty- rubbish from an event was not cleared up, breakfast was very disappointing as most things were not available on our second day - including tea + coffee. Given the price of the hotel, this was unexpected- would recommend staying in a more expensive place and having a better experience, or a cheaper place and having the same experience."

I reserved this hotel on Expedia for a group of friends and upon arrival they were told that the hotel has no contract with Expedia. I called Expedia on the spot but they could resolve the problem. We ended paying from our pocket. Please don’t book this particular hotel on Expedia."
