“At check-in, the front desk clerk called before I arrived. Asked for a guest of the room, rather than who the room was booked under. When I clarified who I was, she asked where I was, rather than how was I. Igave her my eta and she then proceed to tell me that the would cancel my reservation if I did not show. I understand there are rules and policies, that are to be followed but does rudeness accompany them as well? Upon arrival my reservation was a total of 3 rooms. I was given only two……
