「Upon arrival, it took a while to get checked in. Attendant was cleaning rooms and completing front desk tasks. We had to locate her to check in. The first room we got smelled, had pepperonis and a contact on floor. A soccer ball by the chair and bathtub was dirty. Clearly, it had not been successfully cleaned. We asked for a different room, and the room smelled, lights didn't work in entry and by beds, tub stained, but it was a little cleaner than first one. Front desk clerk/room attendant...

「Gym is excellent with working dual cables. Staff very helpful. Hotel very quiet even for a light sleeper like me. Only minus were all the sharp burrs in the carpet forcing me to put on my shoes at night to go to the bathroon」

「For all the high reviews, we were very disappointed in the lack of amenities that would have really made the hotel a 5 star. Example: there were NO mirrors in the main bedroom. That meant if someone was using the bathroom, there were no mirrors available to curl hair, put on makeup, or check out your wardrobe. There was no free breakfast (only a high priced Bistro) or coffee available. I expected a rack in the lobby supplying me with tourist spots to see but nothing was available. And high on...
