“This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. ”

“No hair dryers in the room. Having am extra waffle iron would help. No staff came to the desk when we were checking out, rang the buzzer and no one came to the desk. The fridge in the room was dirty.”

“Clean and the whole staff was great. From the overnight person who found us a room after our last one was infested with ants to nicole the lady helping with the breakfast was fantastic and remembered that i had a food allergy and made sure i coule have stuff. Great staff and will be back! ”
