“We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the place. Absolutely fantastic stay. Great amenities. Lots of room. Great kitchen setup with everything you might need. Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch. Possible?”

“We came into town for a family event. The location was great and the apartment was nice. More room and much better than a small hotel room.”

“There is an unpleasant odor, noticeable as soon as you walk into the unit. The building doesn't have good soundproofing. We could hear the upstairs neighbors, footsteps and what sounded like furniture being moved around. Unfortunately, they were moving around until 1 AM Monday morning. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The beds are comfortable. ”

“Very nice place in a great location right in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. Steps from Odd Side Ales and many other local attractions. Lively during the day, nice and quiet in the evening.”

“The property manager was responsive when two issues were reported. There wasn’t enough towels or bedding for the number of guests we paid for. To his credit he came over at 11 at night to rectify the issue. The second issue was the chirping smoke alarm. I think anyone renting a house should just change the smoke alarms on a regular basis. It kept us awake for two hours but the next morning when he received the report he did bring over a new battery. Location was great and he Responded quickly.”

“Had a confirmed booking and was charged however I never received any information on how to check into the property. I arrived at the property and no one was there for me to check in. I messaged the owner on the VRBO app and never received a response. After traveling several hours to stay at this property I had to scramble to make other arrangements for the weekend. VRBO customer service to resolve this and provide a refund is atrocious and have been no help.”
