“very good ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“late night check in, early morning departure. only stayed because late airline and missed flight. my eyes were closed most of the time, but everything from check in to room to checkout was as it should be, clean, regular amenities, nice room.”

“Out of the three properties i stayed at for my weekend getaway, this was the best one. The breakfast was full of variety with proteins including cooked ham, bacon, eggs, biscuits. Check in and check out was efficient and quick. The property was clean, quiet, and very secure. Will stay again. ”
