“We loved the restaurant on site and the close proximity to beach front. They have chairs and umbrellas free for guests and help you set them up. The outside area is the perfect beach aesthetic. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. All the rooms are oceanfront with private balconies. The rooms aren’t huge and the property is older, but they do a great job and we will definitely be back!”

“The property was very nice, definitely cleaner and more comfortable than I expected for the price and area. Palm is just a couple blocks from public beach access, which is nice because parking anywhere at the beach, even most restaurants, is $5/hour. The heated salt water pool was an enormous plus, also very clean. having a balcony off of every room is unusual anymore and was used for morning coffee and people watching. Short walk anywhere and will take the kiddo next time (maybe).”

“We got a 2 bedroom villa and it was very spacious. Check in was smooth and timely. Villa was clean and orderly. Everything we needed was already available kitchen wise(excluding food of course). The only issue we had was the build up in the coffee maker. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while but this was easily fixed with some vinegar and hot water cycles. Something easily overlooked but also easily fixed. We took our 2 children and family pet and we had an amazing time. We will……

“The location was wonderful! The property was beautiful! The only issue I have is that you check in at 4 PM on Friday and check out at 10 AM on Sunday. But you pay for two days. I did ask for an extended stay and they gave me up until 4 PM anyway. But we ended up checking out at 10:30 AM. Only because we already packed everything up and thought that we had to leave by 10 but otherwise everything was great and they were very accommodating.”
