“You are not allowed to control the thermostat in the room. We were told the entire hotel is on one system and the thermostat is locked. You cannot switch between AC and Heat. You can lower and raise the temp in the room, but it didn’t work in ours. Room got as hot as 80 in the middle of the night. ”

“The entrance is poorly designed and uninviting. The signage directing people to the office is non-existent. The room was clean, bathroom was nicely done and the shower was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the price for the room was reasonable.”

“Even though the front property was under construction the hotel was clean and well kept . ”

“I travel to area on a regular basis and this Residence Inn has now become my go to for overnights. The staff is always cordial and accommodating. The early morning breakfast is always a pleasant to start to my day. ”

“Security staff was extremely abrasive and invasive. The elevator management system was horrible long delays to traverse from lobby to above floors we were on 16th floor wait times for elevator exceeded 10 minutes during peak hours . Staff was pushy for timeshare purchases as they called multiple times during our stay. ”

“Our room was super clean and staff was very friendly. Parking on site was easy and you could walk to a lot in the area. The cons were we found no way to change the room temperature or turn on a fan even. The place had super thin walls so you could hear everything going on inside and outside the bldg which made it hard to sleep. Also we had a very firm bed which was tough. We would definitely stay here again but would bring a small portable fan with us.”

“The room was a good size, making the TV seem small. Even though I booked a room in the Ocean Tower, all I could see was the huge A/C and air filtration units on the top of the Hard Rock building. No view of the ocean or beach. I could see the hotel next door and down a block or two into the city. The room seemed warm even though I had the temperature set low, but the bed, sheets and room was comfortable and the bathroom provided nice soap and good water pressure. While I did see some area……
