"Finca Ometepe is tucked up against the Volcano Madera about 2km past the town of Balgue. They have many fruit trees, fresh eggs, and even homemade goat cheese when we stayed there. The casita kitchen is well equipped. We were warmly welcomed and really enjoyed our stay here."

"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had 4 hours of arguing over check in. Wouldn’t recognize my reservation and made me pay double for a different room. Every time I we agreed on a term they would throw something different at me. It was the last room in town for the Easter holiday. My family couldn’t get any sleep with all the partying going on and then they started doing masonry work at 6 am. It is the worst hotel stay I have ever encountered.
