「This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar.」

「Hotel is in a convenient location just a 10 minute walk from the old city center. The area is cute, near a lovely church. It is a steep uphill walk however to leave the hotel. So if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. Breakfast was very nice quality, fresh and delicious, including croissants, bacon, fresh nutella muffins, etc. Unfortunately, no coffee or tea facilities in the room! This was a shock! The rooms are also not very dark as a light beams in through the bathroom window and...

「Very nice place to stay. Nice style building. I had a bigger room nice and spacious, a bit cold in winter time but there are different heaters to warm it up. Really good restaurant at the hotel with very nice food. Parking was difficult to find but they have a parking garage as hard to find a parking space in the streets around.」

「This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room. We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop.」
