“There was a change of ownership the day before my stay, and i believe there were some reservation system issues. I reserved an ADA-compliant room and was issued a standard. The gentleman at the counter said my room number out loud. That might not seem like an issue, but as a solo female traveler, it creates a safety issue. My room had not been fully cleaned yet (no towels or garbage bag), as i passed the cleaner on the way in (at 7pm, i did not check in early). But it was presentable with clean……

“Everything was fairly clean. Both elevators were broken and we needed to use the stairs. Not the end of the world but would have been nice to know before booking.”

“这是我们整个行程住得最满意的酒店之一，我们住的是两卧室，房间很大，炊具是整个行程所有酒店中最齐全的，客厅的壁炉令客厅温暖舒服，客厅中的六人餐桌也是行程中所有酒店最大的桌子，我们可以很舒服地坐在一起吃饭聊天，最美的是客厅阳台外面就是五颜六色的秋色，美不胜收，令人心情舒畅。酒店离城镇超市也不远，唯一不便是没有电梯，要自己提着行李上楼，但酒店最高也只是4层，还可以接受。总体来说是非常满意的酒店。”
