「We were sort of disappointed as we didn’t get the room that I paid for on the ground floor as I had requested prior to paying for the room due to my partner’s broken ankle and the dog. Instead we were assigned to a smaller room on the 2nd floor without any assistance. We were only informed at the last minute to the checking time . When I try speaking they mentioned there was a roof leak , and wasn’t our fault.」

「The location of Arlo is perfect, easy to access Rogers Centre and all the famous spots along the river. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, stable wifi and the continental breakfast. In addition, the staffs (Jessica and Dennis) are nice and helpful.」

「The location is very convenient for travelers, with easy access to ByWard Market, Parliament Hill, public transportation, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, but we did not request room cleaning during our stay. The building is situated at the intersection of major transportation routes. There are often semitrailers passing by day and night. If your room faces Rideau Street, it may be quite noisy during your stay.」

「非常舒适的酒店 位置非常好 可以步行到加拿大历史博物馆 美中不足的有两点 一.停车位紧张 不是酒店原因 是很多游客把车停在了酒店停车场 二，附近餐厅很少」

「Booked through expedia night before my stay and had to book at a different location. Hotel refused to help, charged full fee and so I was booked for 2 hotels. Hotel said I had to have expedia make a request to them, and they took 3 days to answer back. Ridiculous and inconsiderate.」

「I had a great experience at AC Hotel by Marriott. I arrived around 19:00, and check-in was fast and smooth. The staff provided me with the room I booked without any issues. The room itself is spacious and well-maintained, with good amenities. If you need slippers or a toothbrush, just ask at the reception. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly during my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — right in downtown Ottawa, next to ByWard Market. There are plenty of dining options...
