「The property was quiet and bathrooms were good. Staff - Ramji, Rahine and Muthukumaran (all restaurant staff) were particularly good in service and courtesy. Bad - the food choices weren't good for vegetarians, not much of south Indian dishes for a restaurant located in deep south India. Room service was below average. Overall, too pricey for the quality of stay.」

「Room appears clean but I had bedbug bites. I was expecting a queen size bed at least but did not expect 2 single beds moved together like a double-single bed. Staff were not friendly and they are not well informed about local city facts. Main plus point is just the location to the main temple. 」

「It was a worst experience staying in Lumino, I was charged extra than the money I paid online. But paying that also it was a worst experience. Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience 」

「Pro - View Cons - The list would be big. The narrow lane leading to the hotel is at its worst condition and there is no alternate path. You are certain to face issues if you don't travel in a SUV. The hotel badly needs a long due maintenance, the curtains are shabby and dirty, the bedsheets are full of stains, the towels were smeared with grease and when confronted the hotel, they only blamed the external laundry company but never replaced the bedsheet or towel when requested.
