「We stayed seven days at Casa Establo. As the name indicates the theme of this boutique hotel is that of a horse stable with every room having the name of a winning race horse. Upon arrival we were attended by Francisco, the owner. He told us that we were a bit early-which we knew, but he checked and said our room will be ready in about 10 minutes.
