「Clean Room , we had the villa , Staff was amazing , we have to go up in the summer for all the amenities 」

「It was the setting. While I’m not into Hallmark movies, my wife very much is and we both referenced that throughout our stay. The staff was amazing, the fact that the deer in the area are so calm and feed is readily available at the gift shop helped my wife feel like a Disney princess. The events and amenities work well to have a full day without leaving the campus. A favorite of mine was talking to an old gentleman in the Blizzard lounge while playing checkers with my wife and just sharing life...

「We were there on the Sunday night of the Storm Fern. The staff was stretched but they were amazing. We pulled up an someone was right there shoveling the walkway again. they helped my Sr mother right into the hotel from the car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Food was great. Beds comfortable. We were sad to be leaving. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.」

「What a spectacular place on so many levels! Our “cabin” was as luxurious as one can get with high end everything including heated floors, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and a wall of glass overlooking the snow covered woods. The breakfast included was amazingly delicious and diverse with the 2 lovely kitchen staff going above and beyond to offer me gluten free options such as a decadent chocolate brownie, muffins and French toast.
